1. Valley Entrance Teleport Point On the road leading to Cuizhu Valley, behind the stone (not far from the teleport point).
2. Below the Wave Blade Warrior, along the path, behind the rocks.
3. Follow the road to the Wave Blade Samurai to the end, on the small island.
4. Go all the way up the previous statue, use the flying mount to reach the opposite land, and hide behind the stone.
5. A water depression is halfway up the mountain (above Haishi Longkeng Road).
6. Halfway up the mountainside above Longkeng Road in Haishi, the location is higher, so fly to a higher place.
7. From the transfer point, fly all the way to the left along the water flow, between the cliff and the water flow.
8. The previous statue flies all the way up the mountain (there is a campground clearing nearby for reference).
9. Cuizhu Valley is halfway up the mountain on the far left side (the volcano tower can be seen here).
10. Cuizhu Valley is on the right, not far from Yunhai Road: there is an entrance to the underground city halfway up the mountain in the large clearing, just above the entrance (it's easier to find it by flying in the sky).
11. From the above-mentioned large open space, follow the road all the way up (you can exchange for land mounts).
12. The reward (wanted criminal) is on the cliff above, in the gap between the rocks and the cliff (it is relatively hidden, you can find the wanted criminal first).
