System mechanism and development

Base construction sequence

Just find a larger flat platform to build a home (Palu Terminal is the default transmission point of the stronghold, so the location of building a home is not strict). The invasion event does not come from the other side of the river, but from the hillside on the other side, all the way down to the intersection, so place the important buildings by the river and the boxes on the opposite side of the invasion.

Main points

  • Palu Terminal: The most basic item in the stronghold, small in size but with a high construction bar; including stronghold tasks (V), teleportation (C) and Palu management. There is one more Palu in the stronghold than the team.
  • Wooden crates: Get into the habit of building wooden crates next to the terminal - unload them nearby when they are overweight; place them on the side opposite to the invasion direction.
  • Original workbench: First make a pickaxe (for knocking rocks), an axe (for chopping down trees), a wooden stick (for killing monsters), and a torch (for lighting); press and hold E to create, and press E to pick up automatic equipment.
  • House + Bed: The low temperature will continue to drop the SAN on the first night, and the bed can only be built inside the house, so you must build the house and bed before sunset on the first day and sleep overnight.
  • Bonfire: Don’t place it at the front door (it will catch fire if you walk up to it); it can roast wild plums, poached eggs and other basic foods.
  • Alarm bell: Switch between "Welcome foreign enemies/concentrate on work"; usually focus on work, but when the hillside is invaded, you can welcome foreign enemies and rush uphill to fight.
  • Feed box (level 4): Use it as a food storage, throw all the food in it, and Palu will eat it by himself when he is hungry.
  • Wild Plum Garden/Pasture: The pasture allows the PP machine to produce eggs and cotton to produce wool, so there is no shortage of materials for making cloth.
  • Lumberyard/Quarry: When there is no wood/stone to be mined near the terminal, Palu with the ability to collect and mine will come here to mine.
  • Power Stone + Palu Equipment Making Station, Hot Spring (SAN Recovery): Gradually unlock the stronghold upgrade. The number of Palu beds must keep up with the number of Palu on the field (if not enough, SAN will be lost and illness will occur).

Error-prone and supplementary

  • Upgrading a stronghold relies on terminal tasks: building a wooden box + deploying a pallu to pass the first level, building a workbench + inferior bed to pass the second level, and passing a feed box + straw palu bed x 3 to pass the third level - unlocking a stronghold palu position for each level.
