The large-sized Pal is easy to get stuck or blocked in bases with narrow passages and dense buildings. No matter how adaptable it is, it cannot reach the work station.
Leave passageways at the base; for transportation and round-trip work, small and medium-sized vehicles with smooth paths are preferred.
Movement speed
The actual efficiency of transportation and collection is often determined by the movement speed, not the fitness level.
Compared with the movement speed when the suitability level is the same, the difference is more obvious for bases with long round-trip distances.
night shift
Nocturnal Pal does not sleep at night, allowing the production line to operate 24 hours a day.
Night shift Pals are assigned to power generation and production positions; daytime shifts are assigned as usual.
SAN and food consumption
High-intensity work consumes SAN (sanity) and satiety. If the supplies cannot keep up, you will get sick or go on strike.
First confirm the recovery facilities such as food production lines and hot springs, and then go to high-intensity positions.
Adaptable combination and specialization
When a Pal has multiple aptitudes, it will be assigned to do other things, leaving key positions unoccupied.
Select a single suitability for key bottleneck positions or use a monitoring station to limit the scope of work. It is better to be full-time than omnipotent.
Maximum number of base Pals
The number of jobs available is limited, and appropriate coverage is more important than the highest individual item.

It is used to fix the Pal to the key workstation, turn off the interference adaptability, and adjust the work intensity; the efficiency of the high-level base is usually determined by it first, rather than changing the highest-level Pal first.
Looking only at the suitability level, Pal was assigned to do chores or stuck at the wrong station.
Labor Research Institute
Improves the efficiency of production, balls, ammunition, hatching eggs, and expeditions; it changes the entire production line, not a single Pal value.
Treat the institute's values as confirmed data that has been stored in the database; the specific magnification is still based on the data layer or actual measurement.
expedition station
One of the later resource entrances, it is suitable for converting temporarily unused Pal into resource recycling instead of leaving it all idling at the base.
